2. Accounts and roles

Securitask supports different user types (Company/Admin, Employee, and Individual/Freelancer). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
• You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Company/Admin users are responsible for managing access for their workforce.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Uploading malware, harmful code, or content that violates laws or third-party rights.
• Using the Service to harass, abuse, or discriminate against others.
• Interfering with the availability, security, or performance of the Service.

4. Plans, billing and payments

Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing and plan details are shown on our Pricing page or in a separate agreement.

• Fees (if applicable) are due as stated in your selected plan or agreement.
• Invoices created inside the platform are for operational tracking; payment terms may depend on your client agreements.
• We may change pricing or plans with reasonable notice where required by law.

5. Data, privacy and customer content

You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service (such as employee details, shift plans, attendance records, reports, and documents). You grant us the right to process that data to provide and improve the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, trademarks, and content (excluding your submitted data), is owned by Securitask and/or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as allowed by law.

While we aim to keep Securitask reliable and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will be error-free. You are responsible for verifying operational records and using professional judgment where required.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Securitask and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or to protect the Service and its users.
